In a rapidly changing world, where technological innovation drives progress, one critical aspect is often overlooked: the wealth of knowledge and experience that disappears when technicians retire. With the aging workforce accelerating and hundreds of seasoned professionals leaving their careers each year, this valuable resource often goes untapped. We are Jaap Snip and Ronald Hunslip, entrepreneurs and pioneers in leveraging proven skill and experience, and sharing and using globally available knowledge.<\/p>\n

The past decade we have spent specialising in reactivating, deploying and utilising (early) retired technicians. What stood out most to us in this process is the humility of these true masters.
