Configuration management<\/strong><\/p>\n

To enhance the handover phase during New Product Introduction (NPI) between Product \tDevelopment and Production, several clients required structured configuration management. These \tclients also faced challenges in areas such as life cycle management, product transfers, and \tmanaging multiple versions of the same product<\/p>\n

We identified the specific configuration management needs, streamlined and completed product documentation packages (including version control), and prepared them for Product Data \tInterchange. We solidified this process by defining, implementing, and training teams on a formal \tConfiguration Management (CM) system, supported by a robust Product Data Management (PDM system)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
